How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule your inspection or consultation, and prepare an estimate or proposal.
- To call or text you, only if you checked the matching box on the form.
- To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
- To keep this website working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and text messages
We call or text you about your request and our services only if you agreed on our form. Consent is not required to get an inspection or buy anything. To stop texts, reply STOP. Reply HELP for help. To stop calls, tell us on the call or email us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Our website uses cookies that it needs to work, for example to remember your session and to keep forms secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and business-software host, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also share information when the law requires it. If you report an insurance claim and ask us to, we give your insurer our inspection photos and repair estimate.

How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your request, your project, our warranty, and our business and legal records. Then we delete it.
