Inspections
What do I get after the inspection?
Our findings, explained to you in person. The inspection is free. If you ask for our repair estimate, our documentation and photos are included with it. If you only want a written inspection report, there's a fee; ask us. Request your free inspection, or read more about the storm damage inspection, including how long it takes.
Is the inspection only for storm damage?
No. Every residential job starts with a free inspection, whether it's a leak, an old roof, sagging gutters, or worn siding. Tell us what you've noticed when you book.
Insurance questions
What do you give my insurance company?
We'll inspect, document the damage, and give you and your carrier our repair estimate. Your claim and your policy questions are between you and your insurer.
Will my policy pay for this?
Your agent or adjuster is the right person to tell you what your policy pays.
Can you cover my deductible?
No. Your deductible is yours to pay by law.
Roofing
Should I repair or replace my roof?
It depends on the roof's age, how widespread the wear is, and whether leaks keep coming back. After a free inspection, your estimator gives you a straight answer. See roof repair and roof replacement.
What is a roof over?
A new roof system installed over the existing one where the structure and local code allow. It means less tear-off and less disruption. It isn't right for every building, so we recommend one after inspecting. See re-roofing and roof overs.
Leaks, emergencies, and warranty
What should I do if my roof is leaking right now?
Move belongings away from the water, put a bucket under the drip, and stay off the roof. Then request a call. We tarp storm-damaged roofs to limit further damage until repairs can be scheduled.
Is the warranty in writing?
Our warranty is outlined in your contract, and once your project is complete, we send you a full packet outlining your project and warranties.

Do you work on commercial buildings and Multi Family communities?

Do you do more than roofs?
