Roof repair for leaks, storm damage, and worn flashing
A small leak can soak the decking (the wood under your shingles) long before you see a stain. Our team inspects for free and finds the cause. You get our written repair estimate before work is scheduled.
Common roof repairs
Leaks
Water often gets in somewhere other than right above the stain. We trace the leak to where it starts and repair the source we find.
Missing or lifted shingles
Wind lifts and tears shingles. We replace them and seal the area.
Flashing
Flashing around chimneys, vents, and walls wears out or pulls loose over time. It is a common source of leaks.
Storm damage
Hail and wind damage, from a few shingles to a larger section. See storm damage inspections.
Small areas of decking
Soft or rotted decking under a leak is replaced before new shingles go on.
Leaking right now?
If water is coming in, request a call. We tarp storm-damaged roofs to limit further damage until repairs can be scheduled.
Move belongings away from the leak and put a bucket under it. Stay off the roof.

When a repair isn't the right answer
Sometimes a repair only buys a little time. If the roof is worn across the whole surface, or leaks keep coming back, we'll tell you. Then we explain what a roof replacement involves, and you decide.
Our warranty is outlined in your contract, and once your project is complete, we send you a full packet outlining your project and warranties.
Roof repair questions
Can one leak be fixed without a new roof?
Often, yes. Many leaks come from one spot, such as worn flashing or a few damaged shingles. The inspection shows whether the problem is in one place or across the whole roof.
Do you repair roofs you didn't install?
Occasionally, yes. When we do, we explain the warranty and liability terms up front.
Got a leak? Tell us where, and we'll come find the cause. The inspection is free.
