Free storm damage inspection for your roof and home
After hail or high wind, our team inspects your roof and the outside of your home for free and walks you through what we find. If you ask for our estimate, our documentation and photos are included with it.
What the free inspection includes
A storm damage inspection looks at more than the roof. Our team checks the roof and the outside of the building: gutters, siding, windows, and trim. We take photos as we go and explain what we find in plain language.
When we're done, here is what you get. The inspection is free, and you are under no obligation to hire us.

When to ask for one
After hail
Hail can bruise shingles and dent gutters, vents, and siding. Much of it is hard to see from the ground. An inspection shows what is there.
After high wind
Wind can lift or tear off shingles and loosen flashing. A lifted shingle can let water in during the next rain.
After a fallen limb
A limb can crack decking or punch through shingles, even when the roof looks fine from the yard.
When a new leak shows up
A stain on a ceiling or wall often starts somewhere else on the roof. We trace it and tell you what we find.
Roof open to the weather?
Ask for a tarp first. We tarp storm-damaged roofs to limit further damage until repairs can be scheduled. Request a call.
Inspect. Document. Estimate. Build.
Inspect
Our team inspects the roof and the outside of the building, free of charge.
Document
We document what we found, with photos. A written inspection report is available for a fee.
Estimate
You get our repair estimate in writing.
Build
If you go ahead, your project manager schedules the work, keeps you updated, and checks the finished job with you.
What we can't tell you
We'll inspect, document the damage, and give you and your carrier our repair estimate. Your claim and your policy questions are between you and your insurer.
Your agent or adjuster is the right person to tell you what your policy pays.
What we can tell you is what we see on your roof and what it will take to fix it. That might be a roof repair or a roof replacement. Our warranty is outlined in your contract, and once your project is complete, we send you a full packet outlining your project and warranties.
If you have reported a claim: Nothing is due during your cancellation period. Your contract shows your price and when each payment is due. Your price is updated in writing when your carrier approves additional work.
Questions about the inspection
How long does the inspection take?
It depends on the damage. We're thorough and make sure everything is properly documented. If you have time constraints, tell us and we'll work with you.
Do I need to be home?
Only if you want to be. If you're there, we can show you what we found before we leave.
Is there any cost?
The inspection is free, and you are under no obligation to hire us. You decide whether to go ahead with any work.
Do you go up on the roof?
Yes. Our project specialists handle the on-roof part of the inspection. Please don't climb on a damaged roof yourself.
Had hail or high wind? Send us the address and we'll come look, free and with no obligation.
