What's covered
5-year workmanship warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for 5 years from completion. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we fix it. Your warranty certificate is sent once the job is paid in full.
Material defects
Materials carry their manufacturer's warranty. If a product looks defective, we protect the area temporarily and notify the manufacturer, who evaluates it before any permanent repair.
What is not covered
New storm damage after our work is done, normal wear, lack of maintenance, and damage or changes made by others. If another storm comes through, we're glad to inspect again.
Manufacturer warranties
The materials we install carry their manufacturer's own warranty. Terms depend on the product. See roof replacement, roof repair, and our FAQ.
